About OB/Gyn Clinic
Our O&G clinic runs by senior obstetrics and gynecologic consultant, Dr. Luo, Yifan, the previous Chief Doctor and Head of department of O&G of Hospital S. Januario ( Government hospital )of Macau.
In our clinic, you will enjoy the comfort and elegant environment and get careful treatment and full range of services.
If necessary, Dr. Luo can arrange selective operation for patient at Kiang Wu Hospital and University Hospital of Macau.

Dr. Luo has no retirement plan. However, since July 2017, the hours have been reduced to as below.

Appointment and Registration flow:
1.Consultation by appointment and on-site registration.
2. When you arrive to clinic, please inform the staff your name and telephone number in order to verify your reservation information.
3. For the first visit you will be required to fill in basic information. For the following visit please provide your name or phone number or date of birth in order to identify the old medical records. According to the day (booking and on-site registration) case, the staff will provide you the serial number and waiting time
4. In order to provide more relevant to your personal health information, our staff will check the date of your last menstrual period or menopause, surgical history, history of specific diseases and allergic history so that the doctor will provide correct treatment and examination. If necessary you will be requested to do urine tests, blood pressure and height measurements, and body weight. If you are serious illness or discomfort, our staff, after assessment, will give priority to the timely processing of your treatment.
5. Consultation: In order to safeguard your privacy, there are only you and your doctor and a nursing in consultation room, if you permit, we are very welcome your relatives and friends to accompany with you, this inquiry may be made in advance. And part of the process of examination and treatment is not recommended accompanied by relatives and friends, please friends and relatives wait in the waiting area.
6. After seeing the doctor, please wait in the waiting area, our staff will provide your drugs that doctor prescript, and teach you drug use and associated notes, and help you to pay the cost of medical fee.
7. The clinics are very focused on maintaining your privacy, on your personal and medical information, will never leak.
The process to inform your report:
1. After review by the doctor the results of blood and urine samples will inform you in about a week by our staff and if need to come back, our staff will give you a booking time.
2. Cervical Pap smear, biopsy or human papilloma virus DNA testing due to the time required is longer, about 2-3 weeks to know the results, after review by the doctor, our staff will inform you immediately.
3. The clinic samples results will informed by phone. Please provide correct phone number so as not to affect notice.
4. If the three times call could not be reached for you, could you please call back after 2-3 weeks of consultation.
5. If your test has a significant abnormality we will the follow-up and contact you immediately and notify the back-up care to deal with follow-up inspection.
6. Unless there is possibility of a statutory infectious diseases report that is required by law to notify the health in charge of departments, if you or you authorized by the consent of the other inquirer, the clinic will not be answered in order to fulfill a duty of confidentiality.
